Session 1 & 2
During the first 2 session we'll make a sourdough starter together - the easy way, talk about common problems and their solutions, the simple way to maintain your starter, and I will answer your questions.

Session 3
In our third session, we’ll bake an artisan sourdough loaf together. I’ll guide you through the steps so you feel confident shaping, proofing, and baking bread that you’ll be proud to share with your family and friends.

Session 4
In our final session, we’ll celebrate by making sourdough cinnamon rolls together. This sweet bake is the perfect way to wrap up the challenge and enjoy the delicious results of all you’ve learned.

- How long are the live sessions? They are scheduled to be about 1 hour long
- What if I can't make a session? No worries, you can get the replay inside the course within 24 hours.

- Do I need special equipment? No, just the most basic kitchen items you already have on hand. You’ll also receive a list before each session with any tools or ingredients you’ll want ready, so there are no surprises.
